recalibrated strategic plan

As part of a new, recalibrated plan, we are praying and expecting to see some incredible things by the year 2033. This new plan is called Ohio For Jesus: 33 by 33. The mission of the Ohio Ministry Network is resourcing and developing leaders to multiply disciples of Jesus by the Spirit’s power. For Ohio Church Health, our main goal is to see 33,000 new disciples during this period of time.

To do this, we are leaning heavily into our key result areas:

1. Seek & Share: Every church and leader commits to seeking and promoting a culture of being Spirit formed and Spirit baptized. Every church and leader intentionally strategizes in sharing the gospel to see the lost saved and both water and spirit baptized.

2. Steward & Shape: Every church and leader strategically leverages their resources (time, talents, treasures) for the highest gospel return. Every church and leader celebrates a disciple becoming a discipler, releasing them to function as vital influencers of church health within the local church and community.
